I always found Roman talking during the match entertaining asf. It makes the feud and match more personal
Fo real and talking trash to the opponent where the camera can pick it up. Made everyone better in the ring and around him.
Roman mic work was next level because it was him speaking. No script. He said that the slow walk to the ring, stopping and looking at the crowd before going up the ring steps, and the long pause before he spoke was all done deliberately to get a feel of the crowd and the temperature of the arena so he knew which way to go with his promo.

That Sami Zayn arc within The Bloodline was incredible television every week. Definitely a top ten storyline ever.
Originally, Sami was supposed to be in the storyline for a few weeks, but Roman loved the onscreen chemistry that they had, so a few weeks turned into 6 months.
One of the best things to come out of Roman’s reign is the amount of memes people posted throughout his run 😂😂

Roman's heel turn has been all about elevation. He elevated the Uso's, Solo, Paul, Sami (When Sami's interaction with the Bloodline began, it was obvious that WWE had no direction for him at the time), heck he even elevated The Rock... Each opponent he faced gave some of the best performances of their careers. He and this storyline have literally carried WWE for the last 4 years. They say a great leader lifts up those around him as well as himself, and Roman has done that!! It's just been great tv. Every time I thought I was ready to be sick of it, something would happen and I'd get sucked right back in. I just wish Jey and Jimmy's feud would have been better portrayed. It felt rushed and like an afterthought... but this return is gonna be soooo good!!

The whole arc was good. It even got me to know passionate minded WWE channels like Ross where we eventually even hit 100k subs. So I think the combination of that and the bloodline arc is what it all made it special.

I'd say it wasn't just Roman that was the "guy", but everyone including Roman that was the "team". I know i'm used to WWE, WCW, ECW, etc putting 1 "guy" up like a Hulk Hogan or Austin and letting them run things. I think what happened with Roman was a start to a new dynamic, a large team effort that created the same effect. Look at Sami and Jey? Roman wasn't really wrestling, but we got Sami putting out those Promos every week and Jey now doing a main event run. Lots of great use from multiple guys imo, no wasted characters.

I think the wise move was triple H hiring the marvel writers and suddenly add more layers with introduction with sami zayn as a potential bloodline... People forget that nearly didn't happen if there was no purpose to the bloodline, there was no personal interaction between roman reigns and sami zayn for almost entire 3 months before it got kinda hot angled.. You can see that blueprint now almost used in other factions liked judgment day + r truth..
