gemmy spinning snowflake Frosty (broken)

this is a spinning snowflake Frosty made by gemmy in 2002 2006 I got this from my birthday present this year for 2023 when I first tested it out he didn't move both the mechanism that moves his feet and the part that moovs his hat was broken because of the split gear or the rubber band inside I might repair him soon
