I've always admired her for her beauty and talent, but this is the first time I've noticed how much motherhood changed her for the better. She has a light in her eyes when talking about her son in the 2003 interview that she doesn't have in any of the earlier interviews.

In her earlier, darker years, you see a insecure, unhappy, and lost person that is concealed, and the last clip you see this radiant, gorgeous, happy, and confident mother that has found her place in the world and the true meaning of life. Her contentment and inner beauty shines to make her even more beautiful than she already is. I have such respect and admiration for her.

I can definitely see the transformation throughout the years by these interviews. If anything, her adopting Max helped her mature and live purposefully(?). I think she mentioned she was lost and was kind of searching for that love. And knowing her family history, it's not hard to see why she yearns to find the love and the father figure all at once. It's rather incredible how she's become who she is today. It just comes to show people don't remain static and they continue to grow in order to find fulfillment.
