      @@EkowSimpson it sadens me to know that the people who has got plenty of the fake paper call money refuse to buy equipment to make things easier and faster just like they have in Europe and also when you look to go and hire some equipment the money that they are looking it is impossible for the locals let alone I who is I the diaspora they have the mindset that you brought with you the European Central bank in yr pocket but where there is a will there will be away

    Getting that cement mixer up to the site was no easy task for our guys !! Even the trucks couldn’t get it up as discussed in our video. If your building in such land you need to get the groundwork’s done before the rains. Prince & Nikki

    You should go there and ask them if they getting more money for what they are doing
    My answer is yes because I is my building Why are you complaining for something that you don’t know go ahead and ask them or go and help them

    It's a must for you to get the building permit before you start building but you can go ahead whilst awaiting the result because it needs to be approved before you're issued the permit to build.

    Thanks for sharing! It's important to know these things because in some rural area in the Caribbean people just build their homes without any interference from the government. I don't know if things have changed now, but back in the old days, no problem..

      @@EkowSimpson it was a reply to Kojo. I meant fixing (servicing) the machine is not magic. It's nothing beyond Ghanaian technicians.

      @@niiamu3300 they will it is not beyond their capabilities but everything that the Europeans make especially machines no matter what the size of the machine you have to maintain them they come with a manual as you know but they will run the machine into the ground until it has no more use before they do something about it this why should u have yr own equipment you have to be around them to watch them like a hwark but in general when it comes to tools you don't give them to anyone to use because it is not theirs so they will not look after it like their own

    Why're you cracking on Matthew's stomach, then hug his fat stomach, and drink his cold water. 😂 Yes, get a permit first, and use proper tools. From what I hear, Ghana is slow, disorganized, and partial about their official processes. You have to pay your way instead of there being an impartial, regular rule and timeframe. Fix that and the problems will melt away.
