i noticed you don't use S/R very much any more you prefer to wait for new highs/lows to be in retracements, why so? i find it more tricky to assume a top/bottom than to follow the good ol S/R
How I see it is that Nick used to focus on 1-Keeping it simple 2-Risk management, recently he is just focusing on risk management as he mentioned in one of his recent videos whats simple to me may not be simple to you and vice versa so what is the specific strategy is not the main key, choose any strategy you feel comfortable with as long as you:
1- Keep in mind that any trade have a 50% chance of winning
2- Keep 1 to 1 risk reward ratio(this alone will create an overall break-even scenario)
3- Make more on the winners(add to winning trades)
4- Have a fixed risk unit(position sizing is a big portion of it)

He is averaging down. If he enters a trade and it loses, he re enters again

it's just adding to losing positions. enter and re enter until you profit
so basically all you do is average down?? Enter a trade, if losing, add to the losing position to break even or possibly profit??

Can someone tell me why i am profitable during backtesting and not when trading live
Maybe you set wrongly the zones. Take risks that won’t take in real. Hold your position till TP but instead the price turns around and hits your SL… many things can happen. Backtest is “like” papertrading, the real deal is putting money on the table. Even Nicks backtesting sometimes holds positions for 4/6 weeks than he wont hold in real. Keep grinding bro, control those losses, take profits even before TP, be more selective (mayor supp/ress) in your trades and it will improve 💪🏻
