For anyone who doesnt understand why this scene is bad, I can explain.. This scene really messes up the character that was so well-developed through-out the movie. Buntu's original goal is to enter his rich house and help his real family with their issues. He never intended to reveal his true identity because that will make Raj suffer the consequences as well. Bantu was never angry with Raj, but in this scene Bantu is stooping down to the level of petty blackmail to get revenge on Raj and Valmiki. By doing so, Bantu is acting extremely out of character. He gains nothing towards his original goal by making Raj and Valmiki suffer. It just makes him look like a sadist because he's laughing at Raj and Valmiki's suffering . So thats why I think this scene was rightfully deleted.

i dont think so because if this scene comes after buntu's mother asks him to train Raj and make raj work as normal employee as raj cannot suddenly change his attitude towards work which was damaged ubuntu took this route to train him by blackmailing

would not have made any difference, movie itself was very very great, wonderful to watch again and again. Many hit movies have boring scenes, actually such scenes in cinemas help us to go for nature calls, getting coke and looking at food options. During interval we usually miss out all the tasty gourmet available in cinemas. its been 20 months now and really miss the samosas , the different type of burgers, popcorns pepsi coke. Somehow they tasted better than the restaurants. Hope this coronavirus can get a permanent vaccination and then only i believe we can really enjoy movies ( and food) at cinemas.
