This is going to sound insane but I have been getting up at 4. Hitting the gym from 430-530. Make breakfast, throw laundry in, and do my devotional/Bible study. All before 7 when my kids get up. It feels so good! But oh man am I looking forward to Saturday morning sleep in

I love a morning person! I’m up at 4am every morning. Waking up at such a quiet and peaceful time helps sets the tone for my day. I don’t feel rushed or anxious.

This needs to be me! My body wakes me up at 5 but I end up falling back asleep and waking up around 9-10am 🥴

Escastic that you have taken it upon yourself to attempt this challenge of waking up at 5am respect to you. Same 7am usually when I wake-up; 5AM practically the middle of the night. Brilliant how got inspiratuon from others how to spend time think journaling and devotional are soothing first thing positive start to the day! Relatable that you got coffee first the caffeine addiction is awful when know have to be somewhere. Great that did a seven o'clock work out what an achievement! ♥️👏

You convinced me to buy a daylight alarm clock in one of your videos a while ago, and 100% agree! My work day starts usually 6am, so I gotta be up by 4/4:40am to get ready. The alarm clock works perfect, especially since it's still dark out for me!
