    This would not only revolutionize embossing but will definitely change technique styles especially toward art, bold designs, and different colors can definitely do so much to enhance the industry printing, thanks for sharing. I've not seen any techniques like this.

    86 mesh screen, coated heavy on the print side. burn the screen at least 50% longer than you would a 126 mesh be careful washing out the image area, Print with a lot of off contact and use a sloooow stoke speed. Wala! perfect print!

      @RobBoi Yes, you still need to cure the print. Conveyor dryer the best way to go and a little longer dwell to get the good rise of the puff.

    I remember this printing trend on the early ‘90s. It was nice but I recall the embossed images crumbling away from my shirts.

      Hi there! You can expect to get 10+ washes out of this before you begin to see some wear and tear. Of course this always depends on your wash care of the product as well. Washing inside out and with cold water always helps your prints lasting longer!

      You can always use flock HTV. It is raised and very soft. You can even layer it in top of brick HTV and it will be raised even more, giving a 3D look.

      correct! it's a cheaper way of getting the embossed effect--not the same of course, but for some the lower cost makes this a desirable option

    This is not really a how to video... important info such as mesh count, additive manufacturers, whether or not this was cap film or just a normal emulsion stencil... This was more of a "Hey, look at these guys doing something cool with our garments" video.
