Is there a PVS-14 (or similar) that is helmet mounted, but can get near the range of the PVS-30? I understand the little ACOG-ready NV optic, but is that the only option, I wonder? 150 yds is ok.... would like 200+ in my compromise, if possible. I'm still attached to a PVS-14 x Iray25 helmet idea. A PVS-30 would be great for 300yds, absolutely. But I'd love to have a thermal in front of my day scope, if possible.

Any interest in swapping that whole setup with a digital thermal scope? Some see clear out to 400 meters + with decent image quality.
There are some decent digital NV scopes, but they all need supplemental IR. The technology just isn't there yet to compare to analog NV. BUT we do carry some at Arkayne, and we could go over options with you if that's in your game plan.
i have been pronouncing everything in my head wrong from Recce to Geissele. Good thing I dont know many people to talk about this stuff with.
Edit: after hearing you mention Galil it had not been on my list and is not to be confused with my mental pronunciation of Geissele
