If it weren't for all the legal hoops you have to jump through to make absolutely sure the Gov gets a cut of every single penny earned, you might hear it a lot more often. I take a ton of pride in employing people with $50/hr. jobs. But I do NOT love it. I didnt get it. Its willing buyer and willing seller basis. I bet there was no hate then , when the farmers first sold the lands on an agreed price between the two parties.
