Music Box Sessions Season 3 | Charlotte Allan

This week's Music Box Session features student Charlotte Allan's Degree Show Band with a cover of Sophie Ellis-Bextor's ' Murder on the Dancefloor'. She's joined by fellow students Matti, Aaron and Jamie and James. Charlotte says "This song was chosen for my degree show. It is the perfect song to put everyone in a great mood with its upbeat and groovy feel."

The Music Box Sessions showcases everything we do at The Music Box - Edinburgh College’s purpose-built music teaching hub in West Edinburgh. These weekly sessions give a platform to our classical ensembles, popular music bands, singer songwriters and solo artists to perform their work and have it featured on our social media channels. Filmed and edited by music lecturer Scott Hannah, recorded, and mixed by learning assistant Sarah May, The Music Box Sessions give our students essential studio experience, a performance to work towards and a valuable platform for promoting and sharing the music they make.
