The breakfast nook is always my favorite spot too. So charming, so cozy. And I love everything in the dining room. So happy you are keeping all the furniture. I do feel the chandelier needs to be painted a darker color or more in keeping with the living room one for cohesion. Not a criticism , just thinking out loud. The pine dry sink and tile floor in the bathroom is great.

Love the pine armoire and large floor mirror in the living room. With those anchor pieces , you can do almost anything you want in the rest of the room. But my favorite space is the little breakfast nook! So charming and cozy. I would love to have my coffee there every morning and journal my list for the day . Will look forward to the kitchen and dining room updates.

Oh my goodness! My guest bedroom looks exactly the same! I am not kidding! I recently started renting a small booth at a local vintage and antique store to resale items I pickup at estate sales and auctions. I will be opening a second booth soon in a neighboring town so I have been trying to build up inventory and it has taken over my entire guest room. I love to thrift and antique shop, but I can't keep everything and I also can't leave good deals behind. So I am hoping to turn my love for all things old and fabulous into a "hobby job" and pass along some good deals to others. I love your house and your style! Thanks for sharing!

I’m new to your channel. You have a lovely home. When you got to your bedroom I laughed out loud. I only have one dog and this is how it is at my house, too. Apologies not necessary for letting the dogs on the bed. 😉. Also I use an old flat sheet and lay it on top of my bed after I make it up so the dog hair stays more contained and saves me from having to wash my blanket as much.
