I am guessing your Bread ingredients is. 10 g yeast, 2tablespoons sugar, 3_4 cups of flower and a 1 tablespoon salt and then about 3 tablespoons of melted butter...??? Love your baking skills.

I thought this would be about cooking meat in ghee, which I have seen before, but this is literally cooking things in butter, then searing it off, since butter will burn when ghee doesn't. Brilliant!
