    I have partial aphantasia, controlled visualization is incredibly difficult for me and very limited. Despite this I have twice had visual hallucinations while doing yoga nidra, and I really wish I could figure out what the conditions were, because I can't replicate it. It's a surreal experience to me, and I feel I must be reaching some sort of healing when it happens.
    My one psilocybin experience was not comparable, nor do I wish to replicate it :p

    I'm a big fan of power naps. I wonder how naps and Yoga nidra compare to each other. How do you decide for how long you do a Yoga nidra session?

      I actually did test this also but it did not make the cut because the video was so long. I only tested it after exercise but yoga nidra was a little more effective in improving hrv, but learning wise I think it would give similar effects
