Hi miss Dani, pests are inevitable for me, so outbreaks of meally bugs, spidermites, scales are a super headache, I try your oil solution on scales, it worked especially on spidermites. Here in Philippines harmful insecticides are a must and I do too unfortunately and it takes time and effort for us. Thanks for the vid😄, It helped me, it's just that for us, it still depends on environment and seasonal insects and pests😂

Hi Dani, Love your videos, thanks so much for all of the info! I have a mealybug infestation.... I started out a few months ago by "quarantining" the 6/7 I had infested but the mealy bugs seemed to multiply overnight, and more and more orchids are now in quarantine. The mealybugs have also jumped onto a ponytail palm my husband and I have had for 25+ years. HELP! We put the palm out on the back steps as the weather in MD is warm now.
My question is, how often and how long do I treat for the mealybugs? When do I know it's time to give up? My phal. orchids are in varying stages. They [mealybugs] have seemed to go for "higher ground" and have moved to the tips of the stems but for the ones that have what appear to be healthy buds, I'm trying not to snip the stems. Just need some advice, can send in picture {s} if it will help
    THANKS

Thank you for this video Miss Dani> I have been using neem oil but i think I will try this out. Do you think I could use this solution on my other plants?

Hi Danny. My problem was mealy bugs. Constantly q-tipping the leaves was an impossible and unsuccessful task . Finally decided to use your soap, paraffin oil formula and worked great. But did take a month and half and couple of repeat applications and... this year didn’t have one outbreak at all. Where I used to rid the oil with simple soap solution, this time I didn’t and seems the oil didn’t affect my collection. Also am a slow learn but getting there and finding that watering with RO water is best when in doubt. Spring is just around the corner. Thanks for your many videos and always looking forward for your postings.
You should patient your soap paraffin oil formulation. Is the best 😬

It may also help to take those plants to the shower and shower them off really well when you bring them in. Make sure to dry the crowns off well or put a fan on them. That will probably eliminate many of the bugs you might bring in.
Then you can follow up with Danni’s spray to get any that survived.
