In this case Lil Yachty actually had some great lines there if you listen carefully without having any biased idea
His delivery was lazy. Your perception within itself is hypocritical because someone can say he was spitting just because he’s on a song with Cole. It’s not his style and he didn’t hit it on the dot, yachty should’ve went harder if he knew people would be reacting .

- Sad Clown Syndrome; everyone wants him to make the kind of “turn your brain off” music that makes him rich but pigeonholes himself. As his audience will not allow him to have any depth if he tries as if he isn’t allowed to. Audience over reach is too common
- Respect lacking; as a natural consequence, people disrespect his accomplishments in transforming hip hop into what it is today throughout the last 5-6 years. All negative attributes are attributed to him without any of his positives, unfairly so. This is typically done by older generations and their biases/short sightedness on anything newer to them.
- Industry; Yatchy is conveying that the same music he made that everyone loved enough to make him rich gets him dumped on and that translates to how other artists see him as well. He adapted and succeeded based on market value. Suddenly no one’s responsible for a person’s worldwide success when it’s convenient.
