- The plaintiff claims she loaned her car to her aunt, the defendant. Unfortunately, the plaintiff says in addition to revealing a family secret, the defendant sold her vehicle without her permission, so she's suing. The defendant argues the car in question was a lemon. The defendant had no choice but to sell the vehicle because she couldn't keep up with the maintenance costs.
