Watch this whole thing very close, and never saw the crowd laughing at anybody and never heard anybody crying out to their mom. I just hate false headlines.
They are in the still-shot that shows before you click to start the video. Their laughing starts about 1:17 on the left side of the screen, after the boy is bit. Keep in mind the videographer may see more than is showing on the frame and so captions can explain what is further happening in the background, just outside of the frame.
What is wrong with people? OMG, they laugh at a child. How do they no whether or not if he is medically challenged.
The three who are laughing their heads off at the child because it is different from them are seriously disturbed by their massive lack of empathy. In contrast, the target of their amusement appears friendly and interested. A happy child.

Funny how people taking pictures stretch out their arms and not just use the zoom.
Loved some of the interactions with the horses, especially that toddler with glasses, who kept staring so fascinated from his stroller at the horse in the box😅😅😅 The trooper on the left, after the 1 p.m. change of the guards, is trooper Ethan, the one who won the Elizabeth Cup contest at the end of February. He was on Montgomery/Monty during the contest (you've filmed Monty before, he is a big horse, not the one in the box now). Come to think about it, i haven't seen Ethan at Horse Guards since the end of February, which is a very long time.🤔🤔 I guess some of them rotate at Horse Guards at longer periods of time than others. I believe they were doing some rehearsals for the Musical Celebration shows this week, when you filmed. That's why the back gates were closed. Thank you for taking the time to film there in the rain!

They need to stop people from getting too close to the guard and horse. People act like they have never seen a horse.

Maybe some people never have been up close like that... The Guard's & horse's are more than capable of letting people know when they're too close... If you actually count the people who aren't disrespectful instead of only those who are you'd see that it's not as bad as you think... No way would a horse guard allow his horse to be injured by a tourist
