I'm seeing evidence that Casey's daily vlogging thing will come to an end soon. Over the past 2 months he's gotten progressively less interested in posting daily. I predict that he officially goes down to 2 or 3 videos per week very soon. Something is going on in his life that he isn't sharing with us, so daily vlogging is simply becoming more of a pain in the ass than he is willing to deal with. Ever since he and Candice went to Italy and he took the 3 or 4 day break from vlogging, his energy level and normal positivity and excitement about life has gone way down hill. More and more, his recent videos have felt like mere attempts to put things on video and post for us, rather than being true gifts from his heart as was the norm in the past. I hope I'm wrong about this, but I bet he makes some kind of an announcement in the next 30-60 days regarding this issue.

Yup, when he started the vacation blog saying "he doesn't think it will be the end o daily vlogging" I knew it was the beginning of the end. Wanting to take time off vlogging when Candice wanted him to vlog the vacation shows he was burnt out.
Yep! It can be anything though. We all go trough good and bad times and of course this affects us (and our work). It's just harder to hide as an 'entertainer' where your audience gets to see and judge everything.
Then again, maybe he's just reshaping his life. It's good to take a pause every year or so and look at what you're doing. Does it make you happy? What can you change? Maybe he wants to switch back to bigger productions for better story telling? Who knows. Whatever it is, it's all good and we'll see.
