To get the meme bear, you need to have Polish troops in Iran first. Then the bear would appear in your army as a general. Then you take Moscow as Poland which will dig up documents showing all the Romanovs were killed, so that's the place where you'll discover your Queen is a fake. Then you'll have the option to choose meme bear as king
Not as simple as that. You need to control a certain Province in Iran,you ofc need to stay non aligned and after that you need to be at war with Italy and have troops there, then you get Wojtek
You can take Moscow before you get the bear general and still get it

The peace conference does need a rework because if you're murdering millions of enemy troops by letting them grind your defense you barely get war participation, basically if you have a slow and steady push playstyle you can kiss goodbye to getting any land in the peace conference if you're in a faction with any of the major powers.

I checked and I'm pretty sure it says in the event file that if Poland is at war with any other country then Germany has 0% chance of giving the land so I'm really confused.

In a surprising turn of events, giving up Danzig was the biggest net land gain Poland ever had with Germany!
There is currently a bug in the game that causes it to run slowly after like 1941. Something to do with fall back lines. The beta has fixed it.

Hey ISP, you can form Poland-Lithuania through the tree just by releasing Lithuania as a puppet after you annex them.
You can actually get Wojtek the bear as a king with this focus tree. I got him and it's pretty hilarious. You basically discover that Anastasia is just an impostor and you replace her with Wojtek.

ISP just wanted to give you a tip about the new dlc. Having great supply lines now is more valuable than military factories. I played Poland and beat the soviets with 25 mils and 60 civs. Barely even lost territory while I held for the first year and then just slowly ripped them to shreds. So at least as Poland prioritise supply hubs on the Soviet front

"The Last Romanov?" happens when you first get Anastacia Romanov on the throne, as her claim to the throne is contested and unsecure.
"The Last Romanov." is achieved from the second focus down the Romanov tree, making the stability hit much smaller, but still being a net negative.
"The Last Romanov!" is achieved from a focus that claims Russia, and gives you a war-goal against the Soviet Union. It has multiple positive effects, and is very helpful once you're deep into the wars against the other major powers.
Anastacia Romanov was executed with most of the Romanov family in 1918, the "last Romanov" that you play as is Anna Anderson, a factory worker in Poland who had a history of mental illness and/or instability. She's by far the most well-known false claimant of the Romanov bloodline, and until the Soviet Union collapsed and evidence proved her claim false, it was a rather loud conspiracy theory that she was in fact the Last Romanov - despite those claims being contested and debated against every step of the way.
