You missed a last step, you didn't sieve the flour before bagging it, plus it would of included you having to sieve the flour & returning what remains in the sieve back into the grinder a few times for further processing.

Yes you can but you have to pair it with cassava flour. Mix this in cold water, cook while stirring until it starts boiling then start adding cassava flour and stirring.
