I hope she makes an appearance in Cobra Kai someday
She was taught a side of Miyagi-Do that Daniel never saw with Mr. Miyagi. It would be great to see her back
miyagi is such a typical 80s good guy cant ever loss a match
The writers did mention that she is Canon to Cobra Kai and she met Daniel at Mr. Miyagi's Funeral
They really mentioned that Julie met Daniel at the funeral? Do you remember what interview it was in?

This came out when I was 14 and I guess I wasn't ready for it back then even though I loved part 1, 2, and 3. I definitely have to watch it now.

Thanks! Enjoyed that. No one does it (or the redo with Will Smith's son, which is excellent). So it was very refreshing, and I enjoyed your enthusiasm. Despite the over-the-top bad-guy group and leader (a little out there), Swank does her normal highly trained, highly prepared performance. I'd forgotten just how ripped she was, in terms of her movement and flexibility. Kind of a short reaction, but, again, really enjoyed you did it at all because I can't remember anyone else doing it ... maybe one other reactor a long time ago. A lot of fun!

I enjoyed this one enough as a kid, I loved the first 3 they are the ogs but this one still had Mr myagi so it still ties in based off Mr myagi. I've waited to see if they introduce her in cobra kai or if there's a mention of her if daniel ever met the other student of Mr myagi
If we see Julie on cobra kai I'm guessing we'll see her working in a zoo or owner of a bird or pet shop... nothing karate related
In this film Mr. Miyagi is named "Keisuke", in the other films he had no first name, and in Cobra Kai, they changed his first name... Why? Who knows...
Because this film wasn't filmed by the dude who made the original 3
That surprised me as well. The creators said that this movie is also canon, but they changed Miyagi's name. I hope they explain it in the show if they bring back Julie Pierce.
Her grandfather was a war hero just like mr. Miyagi so that is how he knows them

I thought julie was tory's mom but now i dont think so, season 4 made me think mike barnes is tory's dad, im sure about that.
