Seasoned clams with wild chive

  • Actually, I was going to buy cockles, but I don't know why I bought clams..
    I guess I'm destined to eat clams.
    Still, while I was buying it, I seasoned it with spring greens, wild chive.
    I bought 1Kg of clams, but it's a small amount after collecting the kernels. ^^
    But it was refreshing and delicious!
    [Cooking recipe]
    1. Remove sediment 1kg of clams.
    Rinse the clams 2-3 times, put 3T of thick salt in 2L of water and cover them with a black bag
    - After putting it in the refrigerator for 3 hours, rinse it 2-3 more times.
    2. Boil clams to separate the skin from the flesh.
    3. Add the seasoning and chive and mix it well, and it's done!
    [Seasoning: 3T red pepper powder, 1/3T red pepper paste, 3T soy sauce, 2T plum juice, 2T sugar, 1T vinegar, 1T sesame oil, 1/2T minced garlic]
    *It is said that using stainless steel bowls will help remove sediment
    *I added 1.5T of salt per liter of water.
