I Tried the BEST Training Sneakers: Reebok Nano X3 Review

Nike Metcon is probably the comparable series but Reebok has the corner in Cross Fit type training and these are the definition of a work horse trainer.
Here are 5 things I liked about wearing the Reebok Nano X3 for casual wear:
Firm underfoot, but stable.
Tongue cushioning
outsole traction is good
very flat outsole and shape, was interesting at first, used to runners, but liked the feel
Versatile trainer. Lifting, short runs, casual wear. Good stability, breathability and sleak design make this a W for reebok.
Here are a few things need work IMO:
Too Narrow for my feet
If you need more traction lugs, try the adventure trainer with Vibram outsole, looks great, probably more fits my needs for casual wear.
Conclusion:
Not a comfort sneaker, cushioning is very firm as it should be for training and lifting. This can cross over to lifestyle very well if you like that feel for your feet. All around great pair that if you get, you will want to start working out in them if you dont already.

eversince I tried my first nano. been using it always for the gym. proper wide and flat to the ground with good support. glad to see Hes giving it some love

Been using these for a couple of months now and really love them. They feel sturdy, confortable and pretty versatile. Nice video.
I was really surprised when I got them totally different than I'm used to be pretty nice on feet!
How are they for running (8-10km)?
@@tolusaba8911 wouldn't recommend them for that kind of distance. They do the job when having a 500m-1km run in the middle of your workout, but for a 8-10km it would be best to get some purpose-built running shoes

I picked up these latest Nano’s , I haven’t had Metcons but my trusted reviewers prefer Nano’s this year over Metcons
The X3 is my favorite for squats out of my trainers.. and best price usually on sale. My others- Rad One, Go Ruck Ballistic, and Strike MVMT Haze Trainer

How are they for running (8-10km)?
I been grabbing between three and the mid top go rucks and I’m very happy with the investments 😂😂
I row a lot and tried both the Metcon and Nano lines. In the end, I just bought a pair of Nike SB Grant Taylor Blazer Low GT. Much cheaper and give me everything the Metcon and Nano line provide.
I’m wearing the nano x3 adventure right now at the gym. I’ve owned 3 pairs of metcon and two pairs of Reebok Nano 2.0 these x3’s are pretty good. Not as comfortable for a wide foot like the nano 2.0 but they are similar to a metcon, except they are water resistant and have the vibram sole.
The biggest con to me is I get heel slippage and there’s not enough lace holes for me to loop and secure my heel down. Idk if the x4 is out or if they are gonna make them but hopefully they fix this (I had the same problem on the x2)
Can you try out the DMX Comfort+
I like the Reebok Nano series and own a couple pair but the best workout shoe in the industry now is the Rad One in my opinion.

@@BeastModeFitness11I have pretty wide feet and they work for me. At least with my foot shape I think they are a little wider than the Nano series.
Had the nano 3 back in the day, def not a real running shoe, it was better for lifting and short bouts of cardio
They seem like a nice shoe but I don’t know if something as flat as you say they are would work for me…
cant hate on reebok they have the prices skechers should have
8mm heel drop kills these as gym shoes… 4mm was the sweet spot

Calling those the best trainers is pretty subjective. The nano has universally had bad ratings from actual crossfitters for a while now

The nanos are traditional yes there are other models but not many better than nabos. Maybe 2-4 brands depending on what you want. Even then it’s subjective
