Here we are again...with a CBR journalist who doesn't understand the first thing about One Piece despite being a fan. I love One Piece. It's one of my favorite shows ever, and I go into this video a little emotional. Robin is one of my favorite characters, and it pains me to hear someone talk about her like this. But not only that, with the news of what Netflix is doing to this series? My heart weeps for One Piece. It just weeps.

Damn, that speech at the end hit hard man. I get why this show means so much to you.
That "I want to live" scene still gets me
i dont get why this man is using dubbed one piece clips..the sub is so much better
@@razkable True but most people grew up with the dub and I'm sure this is how he first experienced it and alot of people don't go down the rabbit hole far enough to get into the sub so this is the voice of the cast for them
@@razkable I dont see why you have a problem with that
I am so happy that these are the "journalist" ' s motivations cause they are so superficial and without any sense. Did he really read or watch One piece? I think no. Robin best girl and one of the best written characters in the serie
I'm convinced CBR have a hat full of papers with the names of multiple anime characters and someone just say "Hm. Who should I shit on today?"
Then, they just get a random name from the hat and write this stuff.
Robin may not be a fighter but she recently did get an amazing fight in the manga. That fight really shows that Robins biggest weakness in dragged out long fights
No1 makes me think the author of this article is just envious of the achievements of a fictional character.
I mean, yeah not everyone can be a genius and the realization of ones smallness, even through fiction, can be crushing but showing the internet your bare behind like this isn't going to help you in that regard, mate.
Well to be fair there is Logic to Magic just not the kind he is familiar with.
Depends on the franchise. Gotta love soft magic systems where new rules that break the previous keep popping up. *cough* bleach *cough*
I cannot believe I’m saying this but by just watching this, You made me remember the first time I got my Spanish copy of one piece before I even came to the US and it got be into jump so fast.
This is was well worth the watch my friend. I raise my shield and mace to you warden!
Lol blood, tissue. This man just tried to scientifically explain magicXD.
#MakeGateKeepingGreatAgain
Yay I'm early enough to see the awesome raven
That scene where Robin said she wanted to live made me cry the first time I watched
Its noble you try to make them understand but these people dont care what your motivations are, as long it doesnt align with their twisted way of thinking they will reject everything explanation.
For these shows dose anyone else create their own character in their head or is it just me ?.
I totally do
I've have been doing this as far back as I can remember...
Technically I created fan fiction in my mind about how a story would work if someone was given the genetic makeup of a saiyan and other stories especially my hero being ambiguous as it is with quirks being an infinite possibility of cool and weird powers though as a amateur writer whose been writing since 2015 I’ve never done a self insert character just characters I thought would be interesting for the show/manga to follow if I wasn’t creating my own world and story
@@RavenKnightYT bro watch one piece subbed..wtf is this dub?...omg funimation ruined one piece...jesus christ the script is awful
@@RavenKnightYT luffy to be fair was saved by robin twice....so...and his whole thing is we will save you and then you can do what you want...that was his plan before he got there..then he needed her to say she wanted to live in order to risk his crew's lives for her and give them the motivation to succeed and he declared war to show her they had her back...he risked his crew's lives and guaranteed he would not ever be allowed to become a warlord with that act...luffy says he understood her enemy well meaning the world nobles who killed sabo his brother as a child...luffy needs her for his goal...she needs him...the story and his dream hinges on her.....theres a reason akainu is in her backstory and then involved with luffy in marineford....their linked with crocodile lucci aokiji and akainu
This article is hilarious absurd I find the part of not enough battle scenes with Nico Robin in similarity to an argument to having 4 different characters that involves two warriors with different weapon categories a rogue and a mage on a team in dragon age and someone else not understanding the reason for the party build point of having a mage and rogue on a team with 2 warriors the warriors benefit from ranged combatants and the ranged combatants can capitalize on having warriors at the front of the line
damn
Double kudos for watching the dub of one piece
where are you right now in the story?
Btw there's colored comics of one piece if you're ever go into that deep rabbit hole
As of today, I just reached Wano. XD I'm a bit behind.
Robin is sometimes a main fighter considering she beat Yama to a pulp
And manga readers no damn well what Robin can be capable of
