Super Metroid have some of the best music ever composed for a video game.
I don't mean to be elitist but... Metroid should NEVER introduce menu based fast travel. It's just not part of the genre. The only acceptable way would be teleport stations and landing sites.
Exactly. Exploration is the whole part of the game. Sure back tracking can be made easier, and improved upon. But putting fast travel in metroid just wouldn't feel right.
Ive never heard anyone call this game “short”. In fact, most people consider it to be too long. Very odd.
Short to me is anywhere between 10-20 hours. But yes, I think length is very subjective.
@@TrueFernie Really? it takes me about 5 hours and some change to 100% complete and finish the game. My personal best is 5h33m.
Fastest speedrun of this game is 1 hour and 42 minutes atm
@@THEGREATMAX What do speedruns have to do with anything?
It’s always been short. It just can feel long by sheer inexperience. I recently did a 100% hard mode run in sub 6 hours, all from pure memory of the game. Comparatively, Prime 2 and 3 are both longer
