Thanks for the tutorial. It came out great. I did add a tab to the front zipper where it meets the side zipper as i was using a #5 and didn't want the bulk of it in the seam. I think you pushed your zipper tabs towards the outer when you sewed the main seam. When I did that, they looked terrible so I redid them pushed to the lining side.
I've admired this bag for so long but kept passing it up thinking it would be too hard to make!! I watched this evening and am shocked at how easy you make it look!!!
I love this bag. I ride a small motorcycle. It's a very convienent way to ride and carry my wallet to the grocer for quick pickups. Thank you.

I made one of these, out of cat-print fabric - because why not? It turned out lovely, and I added a pair of webbing straps so I could tie it around my waist; it keeps it snug to my body so that when I'm bending over it doesn't swing away. I've worn it around the house pretty much every day, because it fits everything I need and more for when I'm bumbling around the house. I love it to bits. Thank you so much.

I've been looking for a pattern for one of these bags for a while. I am so glad I found this one. Super easy to follow instructions, not too difficult if you have advanced sewing skills. I put on an adjustable strap for a change. I am very happy with my bag and thank you!

I finished my first sling bag. Great pattern and instructions. I actually used the waistband from the skirt I cut up for the shoulder strap. That saved a few steps and it still has the waistband buttons for a bit of detail. The zippers turned out pretty good too (Im terrible at zippers) and the top stitching turned out good. The only thing I had trouble with was trimming the seams before I turned the bag right side out. They were to thick for me to trim them down. Thanks for a great pattern. This bag will be for my farmers market and craft show booths this summer so i don't have to carry a bag.

I like the bag strap to be a little wide, so that the shoulder doesn't hurt when the bag is heavy. Thanks for sharing this tutorial. Inspired me to this pattern. Do love it.

Tres bon tuto j'y ai apporté quelques améliorations une sangle réglable et du thermocollant sur toutes les pièces pour une meilleure tenue super le recyclage j'adore ça et j'ai plein de jeans trop petits de mon fils et d'autres que je récupère à la croix rouge merci 😉🤟
