Watching this makes me feel sad, to be honest. I don’t get why this particular pairing gets a lot of hate. Jiyong+Park Bom has many likers and few haters. The same goes for Jiyong+CL. Jiyong+Dara has both shippers and haters in droves. Why? Again, not a Daragon or a Nyongdal shipper here but even I have to admit I feel giddy watching them together. They both try so hard not to smile when they’re onscreen or onstage together, Jiyong in particular. Face it, haters, she makes him smile. I don’t know if it’s because of embarrassment or something else but it is what it is so deal with it. Why do people care so much if they end up together anyway? It’s nobody else’s business but theirs. Anyway, I don’t see anyone else who would suit singing Hello with him. With much respect to Lydia Paek, but I wish Jiyong recorded R.O.D. with Dara because I think that particular song would suit Dara’s voice even better than Hello. Imagine how that would have been if these two performed it onstage. No offense to Skydragon shippers because I know he performed it with CL.
I'm not a daragon shipper but i don't hate daragon either. I find their friendship and interactions cute. From my experience, i've encountered a lot of daragon hardcore shippers who insult other dara ships. I think that's why there are a lot of daragon haters as well. But that's just my theory. not really sure 🤔😂
I guess Dara has a handful of admirers and I got to hand it to GD's style how he can be close to the girl by composing a song they can perform together allowing him to hold hands and even though the kiss was simulated in hello, he gets to show the world she really liked this girl. I can't stop laughing when in one of their hello performance, Dara pushed CL at the end of the song, GD looked shocked momentarily expecting Dara but was able to regain composure and hugged CL instead. Maybe a move to distract haters?
