Fusco Vs Simmons is by far the best fight in the show, not because of the choreography, but because of the story and emotion behind it.
John Reese: the best thing to happen to our screens since Jack Bauer. Got a lot of love for this man.

U don't really see any of these long amazingly choreographed fights with Reese anymore. I especially love when he fights multiple people at once.
Such a good show this was... Loved every minute of it, surprisingly emotional and frighteningly pertinent to current events. Up there with Breaking Bad in quality of writing and compelling storytelling. The finale had me in tears...
Fusco crying on the phone thinking his son's going to get killed then he hears Shaw's voice say, "Lionel, everything is is going to be okay. Lee is safe." His acting is amazing.

I used to think Fusco was useless ('Straight outta Seinfeld!' Was always the joke I screamed when he came on in my Netflix binge.) That scene at the end completely flipped my opinion on his character.
I'd go back just a little bit more to the reason he was wearing the cast - "You already broke my fingers, so breaking my own thumb was no big deal" in the episode where Shaw saves his kid and says a farewell to him because she assumes he's going to be killed.

You literally did save the best for last! I love Fosco! He was also already injured before the fight and was up against a taller, slimmer and fitter opponent! It meant so much to him and was a great development in his character arc! Thank you for an awesome compilation video!
Always loved this show and I also had a soft spot for Fusco even from the beginning of his character.
I also liked burn notice and leverage but the difference with poi is the machine as a character in the show. Made it darker and mysterious
Burn Notice, yes! Very underrated show, not that many folks seem to have watched it. Just the fact it featured the mighty Bruce Campbell made me want to watch it, but damn the rest of it was awesome too. Pretty sure I binge watched it straight after Person of Interest when they were both on UK Netflix, and I definitely wasn't disappointed.
Imagine a Michael Westen vs John Reece fight!? Could go either way but I think John would win most of the time!
Another person who watched Burn Notice. I will download both series and binge on a long weekend. There was another series that starred Charles Coburn about a Spy who lost his memory and was trying to find out exactly who he was.
Yes!!!! You did save the best for last. Fusco beating up that piece of s*** and saying what he said to him...a great moment in a great series. We shoulda had 5 more years...but I gotta say, in the last scene when Finch went to the park to see the lady.....epic. I miss this show.

Man, sure these weren't super flashy but the camera hardly ever shakes. Kept these fights simple and clean and easy to follow.

I just cannot get over how outstanding this entire series was!! I started watching season one just 2 weeks ago, and since I’m retired, I binge watched it because I just couldn’t stop watching it!!
And when season ! was over, I went straight to season 2. And soon as it was over, I went straight into season 3, etc etc!! this, Series did not have to end with just 5 seasons!!
No way in hell anybody will ever convince me of that. Furthermore, I read several articles about the show when I got to season 4 because as fast as I was watching it, before you know it, within about three days, it would be completely over for me.
And you have no idea how much I was dreading that. But I digress. Every article I read showed that it didn’t need to end and that it was still pulling in between 8 million and 10 million viewers for each showing.
But no article could I find that stated exactly why, why it had to end!! and with this being over, it has pissed me off so bad, because in today’s world we live in there’s not much on, that’s worth a damn.
Person of Interest is GREAT! Personally, I prefer martial arts fights than the shooting ones and I'd like Shaw do more duels

Great video, I feel like POI lost its way in season 4, it certainly felt like it was lacking in terms of epic John Reese fist fights like these. There's something really satisfying about watching John Reese kicks someone's ass - maybe because you know that they really deserve it. - and of course Fusco taking down Simmons was a real highlight of season 3, a long time coming !

The series got better as it progressed. Seasons 4-5 the perpetrators became more skilled and complex, reese wasn't fighting street thugs anymore

It's still upsets me that this show only got five seasons and basically had to beg for the 5th season! The ratings were fantastic and I still don't understand what happened because since this show went off the air the only Network show I watch is The blacklist and that's getting a little out of hand with the storyline! Person of interest was the best show on network television!

Such incredible darn fight scenes, I think seasons 4 and 5 didn't have as many good ones, but still some solid fisticuffs. But yeah, 1-3 were incredible for fisticuffs. :D Better than many movies!

I was a little disappointed that we did not get very good Reese fight scenes in season 3 like we did in season 1 and season 2. Hopefully we will in season 4. Season 3 had too many unrealistic fight scenes. Season 1 had the most realistic fight scenes so far in my opinion.
Yeah, I was waiting for a big Reese fight scene in the second half of Season 3, but there were still some great fight scenes. Especially the two fight scenes with Fusco. The Season 4 Premiere is on Tuesday; hopefully there's a great fight scene in the episode. Thanks for watching!

I'm glad that you liked it Rory. I loved Burn Notice. Although, I can't find any fight scenes from that TV show, or anywhere near enough to get a full list. I remember watching Leverage and I'll see what I can do with that character. Thanks again for watching, and I am almost done with my documentary so that will be my next upload probably.
5 Dice Productions Burn Notice had some great fight scenes, but unfortunately no one's ripped them. The show is actually similar to Person Of Interest in a lot of ways. Leverage looks way too over the top and unrealistic from what I've seen.
ItsGwame I have seen a few episodes of Leverage. It was alright, but I stopped watching it after a little while. As far as fight scenes and action goes, I think Boardwalk Empire is high up there as well. Thanks for watching!

You should add some more Shaw moments cause she can bad ass at times.. Also that scene with Root where she kills all of the officers with her two guns is epic
Yes, Shaw is a great character and Root has grown on me throughout the series. At first I didn't like Root that much, and then she had badass moments like the one you mentioned. I loved Shaw right from the start of her character. Thanks for watching and check out Part 2 if you want some more Shaw moments.

Interesting…i stopped watching tv 40 years ago. Tv was so dumb. I like youtube for the things that interest me. Now and then a movie clip or TV clip shows up. A steady diet of this stuff is not healthy. Go out, tie a fly, go fish, visit a friend, play the guitar. Don’t spend hours at a screen.

And a lot farther away. There's an instance in Leverage where Elliot disarms a guy, takes out the ammo, drops the gun and tosses the ammo. The bad guy then pulls the spare clip out of his pocket, grabs the gun and starts firing.
I think he took the gun apart too, and he was gone to quick. Plus I don’t think he was in a spot to start another fight

varun nakkeerran I wouldn't say that it makes the show boring, but I do think that Reese and Finch didn't have as much screen-time this season because of all of the story-lines that they had. Thank you for watching Varun!
***** Yeah, the first two seasons were the better half because they had more action and the writing really made it feel like an Abrams/John Nolan show. Whereas Season 4 spent a lot of time switching between the Brotherhood story line, finding Shaw and then the individual cases with people every other episode which slowed down the plot-lines majorly. And Fusco was a little sidelined, ha ha.

Reese would lose to Bruce Lee or Tarzan, be about even money against Batman, and beat Jack Bauer.
These fight scenes are as lame as Queen Latifah's in The Equaliser....This dude has no idea how to fight, not even play fighting.
I can't even bring myself to watch the Final Chapter. The last season was really stupid with Samaritan and The Machine. Throw in Root's awful character, and it was pretty unbearable to watch. Ever since they killed off Carter, the show tanked. Shaw's character is very lifeless, and adds nothing to the show. The first two seasons were great, but once they started having two machines fight with each other, and tried to put the mob boss side story in as well, it got way too complicated.

You did past the age of 6 but i dont complain much, im guessing your not a fan of the Samaritan storyline then, POI is the only series where every season got good reviews, not even Game of Thrones have that
