- When you have 2 potatoes, make these crispy potato rolls! so crispy , delicious potato chips !
ingredients :
Recipe 1:
potato rolls:
2 medium potatoes (380g).
Cornstarch.
vegetable oil for frying.
cheese sauce:
1 and 1/2 tablespoon of butter (20g).
1/2 tablespoon of all purpose flour (4g).
1/4 teaspoon of paprika.
1/2 cup of milk (120ml).
~ 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (110g).
salt
dried parsley
Recipe 2 :
potato balls:
3 large potatoes (800g).
salt.
3-4 tablespoons of cornstarch .
garlic cheese sauce :
5 cloves of garlic.
~3 and 1/2 tablespoons of butter (50g).
1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
~3/4 cup of milk (200ml).
100g of cheddar cheese.
1/4 teaspoon of salt.
1/4 teaspoon of paprika.
1/4 cup of water (50ml).
vegetable oil for frying.
Recipe 3 :
3 medium potatoes (700g).
1 medium onion.
~ tablespoons of olive oil.
3 cloves of garlic.
1 green and 1 red red bell pepper.
1 large carrot.
salt.
a pinch of black pepper.
~ 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley.
3 medium eggs.
1 cup of milk (250ml).
1 and 3/4 cup of all purpose flour (200g).
1 tablespoon of olive oil (~15ml).
1 teaspoon of baking powder (5g).
80g of canned tuna (optional).
Mozzarella or any other kind of cheese you prefer.

It makes no sense to me as to why once you have shown each step of how to peel, slice, roll, & etc. we have to go through each step over & over & over. Good recipe but don't need explanation to be so long.
