I think to limit proving BK as innocent. It makes it harder for his defense with the home being torn down. It doesn’t make sense - seems like state wants to hide and keep so much from public. I want to hear the 911 call and why cops didn’t instantly jump to the others in the house so survived. Survival is fine but not calling the cops for 6-8 hours after claiming you hear crying, screams, dog barking, intruder voice, seeing him walk past your room so many times, apparently making eye contact. Its weird. To delay calling 911 but having other students in the house ? That’s weird

And the roommate saw the killer's "bushy eyebrows" in the dark while she was "in shock" that she didn't call the police after 8 hrs. He didn't harm her being so close to her and she didn't hear any fight or screams for help. I understand if it was one person killed, but 4 people, and 2 of them were so close to her door. Then there is the story that others were coming in and out of the house before calling the police. I don't know but it sounds very suspicious.

This crime was not done by one person. There is no way. I believe there was a 3am ish noise complaint from the screams, and that the MPD either didn’t show up because they assumed they had already been to the house that night, or they assumed the noise was from the band field. You can hear them say on body cam “is that the same house we already went to?” So I think their failure to respond ended up as a quadruple homicide and that’s part of why this case has been so secretive. Why has not even a 911 call be released? 🤔

They didn’t even look through the outside trash right by the “exit” door, not only that, they didn’t bother to test 3 UNKNOWN MALE DNA PROFILES, TWO being near the VICTIMS!! They improperly sought out BK bc of touch dna (our touch dna is all over the country in places we have never been on things we have never touched) & after that they stopped investigating & made the pieces fit this man to get an arrest to protect the university which has covered up so many crimes it’s disgusting! It’s enrollment & money over justice in Idaho. I’ve followed this case like a full time job since week 1, read all docs, watched the hearings & I do not believe it’s v likely they’ve got this right. In the beginning I did. I always believed the police got it right until I followed this case & have started researching others. It’s so very corrupt & nothing in this case adds up!! I’ve lost a child too & this family is mild compared to what I’d be doing if this was my child in this case!! I’m proud of them for being open & HONEST, for seeking out THEIR OWN TRUTH AND HIRING A PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR bc Moscow has an immense record of of botched corrupt investigations!! Please don’t listen to these rude comments. A good answer to all those wondering why they tore down the house: "A few reasons: other than the fact that jury visits are extremely rare, the house no longer resembled the way it looked at the time of the murder. They took pictures & made a complete 3D virtual tour and model of the house while all evidence was still present. Then, in order to preserve evidence, they gathered absolutely everything from the beds, flooring, portions of the walls, clothing, and anything else that had any evidentiary value. Lastly, they did a complete forensic vacuum of the house to make sure nothing was missed. With everything out of the house, sound will travel very differently than it would have before, which would only be confusing to a jury. If, somehow, sound travel is important to understand, all of that is simple physics and math. They know the architectural details of the house, so they can easily show how sound would travel from room to room with a diagram. It's the same way we've always studied sound. Both sides stated clearly that they would not ever bring a jury there and had no further need for it, which makes sense. Lastly, the house attracted people from all over the country who had no reason to be there. It's located in an area where pretty much only college kids live. Murder scenes attract a bunch of really weird people who do really sketchy things as well. Not only is that a major distraction for the students, but it's extremely unsafe."

There is no indication that the roommate knew people were dead before calling friends over. We have hardly any information about the series of events that took place that morning.

@@Manatee4Scale they said they thought their roommate was passed out supposedly. And then called friends and then called police. The police said it was a blood bath in there. No way you wouldn’t know your roommate was badly hurt. They waited to call police. Not right away called friends over when it was a blood bath in there. Why? Something doesn’t add up.

@@MaryLG541 You’re assuming they SAW the bodies and then decided to call friends over instead of police. There is no indication that that’s what happened! For example, maybe they couldn’t reach Xana and Ethan and couldn’t get in their door so they called Ethan’s brother (who lived VERY close by).

The school and neighbors wanted it torn down because it was a "grim reminder" of what happened there. Big mistake I think. The trial and justice are much more important than how anyone feels about that house. They could have torn it down after the trial.

Time for the parents to realize something is not right about this case! I wonder if Bk is more than likely innocent and and things were planted. There could be evidence that was left in that home that proves it wasn’t Bk and that’s probably why the house was torn down. Just my opinion. Remember the other finger prints found in the home that no one learned about? ….
