It looks like the lip on the bearing grease seal faces towards the coupler. Will that let the bearing relieve pressure and grease if someone over lubricates the bearings grease fitting?
Is there an easy way to remove the couple from a 2010 Yamaha AR240? I've read you have to move the engines forward to remove the couple and be careful not to lose the shims. I was thinking about loosening the two bolts at the bottom of the engine mount where is bolts to the hull and sliding the motors on the motor mount pad? Thanks for any info.
When pressing shaft into housing, it's important not to hold the outside of the housing. This puts sideways pressure on the bearings and could break them. Instead, hold housing by inner ring when pressing shaft in. See video on better way: czcams.com/video/B3A7LR2hbVk/video.html
is 19.5mm sticking out the bottom a standard measurement for all ski? thanks
hi, is the seal with the metal tabs on one side for the rear of the housing ?

What brand of Grease are you using that comes in a can like that?
