- In today's video I'm exploring Stable WarpFusion. I'm not very good at it yet but I figured I'd make a video to show the process and to show where I'm currently at with it personally.

I think it's important to not only understand what is out there but also a high level view of how it works. It helps me weigh options when people start asking for this (in a design agency). And proliferation of vids like these helps me guage what is or isn't likely to take hold.
Thank you -- this filled in a lot of gaps for me. Was going to try and dive into Warp Diffusion a week ago but got side tracked by the learning curve. Thank you again this helps immensely.
I love all your AI related content videos, they're so inspirational and informational at the same time. To learn about all the AI news and the tools and how it can better help my own workflow and processes (I am an artist and writer, for example.). It's fun to see even videos like this to be current on what the trends are and how people are using it and fine tuning it to be super niche. In that, I really just want to say an encouraging word of thanking you for your time and attention, and also you passion and dedication to this new and exciting world of AI. Keep doing what you're doing and be blessed my dear, knowing that we're all enjoying to see what you bring each video with eager anticipation. :3 God bless and keep going strong!!
This is AMAZING. I'm loving your content! Thank you! You definitely make me feel like I can actually do this.
Thank you. Great vids as always and love it you’re sharing content that might not necessarily be popular but definitely valid👏🏻
Great tutorial, something you can do to reduce the flicker is, if you have a completely empty background the AI will try to fill it with your prompts so you can remove the background and add a detailed one (with tracking), that will help keep the whole video consistent since the ai will have "anchor points" you should also avoid that your video has a blurred background, if so, change it. It is not good to leave empty spaces as the AI will go crazy, another way to control it is to reduce the cfg scale or style_strength_schedule but you will lose style, it all depends on the goal of your project
You just mask out the subject in an editing software so the background is black?
Great video, Matt! I assume that to reduce the flickering, you'd need to decrease the denoise setting, so there are less differences between each frame?
Am a follower and admirer of you work for a while now. really great up to date AI news and well explained. Keep up the great work always looking forward to the next video
Soo happy you mad a tutorial of this, WarpFusion is for sure top ranked coolest AI videos but like your conclusion, Kaiber is just so much easier so I'm gonna keep playing with it, thanks so much for sharing Matt like always!
Amazing video. I loved :D Thank you Matt for tutorial!
Loved the video, and can't wait for the next one with even more tips 😊
Thanks for this vid! Really enjoying the content 😊
Your tutorial just gave me new perspectives for my 3D Motion Design !! Thank you very much, this AI is just mind blowing and i'm not gona sleep for a long time cuz there is so much possibilities !! I am really thankfull !!
I am so happy you have made this video because I have paid Alex to join his patron but I was not able to get it to work. All your tutorials work so I'm thanking you in advance before even trying it your way. THANKS
The level of detail is perfect here, thank you!!!
it won't be your most popular video, but one of the best how-tos for democratising the use of this technology. Love
You are the man…Dude your work is awesome
Thank you for explaining it. I saw these videos too and you explained the process so well and clearly. I dont see any use case for it myself but I loved watching the process.
Should be careful with that google subscription thing.
Consuming an entire A100 GPU for two hours is extremely expensive.
It's definitely not $9.99 per month as mentioned in this video.
Look into the limits / pricing before you receive a bill for several thousand dollars.
Just came across your channel today ...WOW! Amazingly Fantastic work! I am shocked and Amazed! Your fast and detailed instruction is perfect..grateful to see your work, thank you for posting! 😁
Amazing stuff. Subscribed. Keep up the good work
Seeing all the different ai tools you use and how a lot of the mare suscription based I would love to see a break down of your financials to see how much does it cost you to have access to all the recent AI tools, trends, etc I think it would be an interesting video
Hey just a friendly reminder that you're videos are great! Keep up the great work!
Your* (Sorry, I had to do it)
💯
Amen
Thank you for walking us through these steps!
Hi Matt , Love your videos !!!!! thanks for sharing !!!
Great video man , thank you for the tips , appreciate it keep up the good work :D
Hey Matt, thanks for this tut, incredible. Do you need a really killer PC to do this?
My head got heavy and ended up bouncing off my office desk as i slogged thru this presentation. I will assume Google might release a front end to this process that has a slick interface and subscription to a Nvidia farm in Iceland that could process this and give me back my creation in the the time I took me to go take a piss. Before not to long in the future. You get the humor and analogy here I’m pretty sure. But seriously, I appreciate EVERY single video you make for us. So much you put into them and provide insights for us.
Thanks Matt! Great content. 🙏🏼
Thank you so much Matt. Great video
omg how much time was to put this all together? :DD currently I'm on 1/3 of the video and my head is about to explode :D im lovin it!
great Vid dude, I've come across a lot of channel and a lot of them are afraid to tell their viewers that the certain AI site they're trying to use is paid or will cost you money, at least you're so honest in the first place. I got a question though, since you're trying to give us hint about these AI sites, is there a new AI site that can also do things like how stable diffusion and stable warpfusion aside from Kaiber?
i love your videos, keep it up!
this was dope as duck matty, stoked
finally you make this video for warp fusion thanks matt
This is a great tutorial, thanks heaps!
Hey Matt, Loved your video! Super Super Helpfull. Is there a way or a prompt to achieve a better lipsync or mouth movement? I'm struggling with this.
Awesome! Thanks for it! Next one like this, please include Kaiber and Runway🙏🏻🙏🏻
This stuff is just bonkers. Thanks for being our guide for this maze!
Thanks Matt, after hours I find successful practice from this video. I finally created one successfully.
kickass tutorials! keep it coming!
Cool man, I wonder if this will work with Rundiffusion for people who doesnt have a decent GPU.
I was wondering this same thing!!
Man I’m just seeing this. Glad I was able to inspire you to hop in!
Do more of these. You are representative of the majority of us, and it makes me more interested in bungling through the process.
excellent tutorial again! one question ... is the running process going to be an end when I close my colab browser (with the running process)? will the datas still be there till I delete them manually? thanks in advance
ty for making this!
You have my new favorite CZcams channel!!
great tutorial I really like your videos 👌👌
Thanks bro keep up with the good work
Awesome video bro! Thanks for the shout out!
Gracias Matt !
Excellent stuff!
yes! I'm so glad MrBoofy is finally getting the attention he deserves.
and Eric too?! Great job showcasing lesser known talent in our community.
Thank you very much for the Tutorial
I see a Matt Wolfe video, I smash that like.
Great video bro 😎
you are, quite frankly, a hero, Matt. A different one than is the usual perception but one non the less. Your work is important because even if people are savvy and trying to learn to swim in one of these new currents, they will inevitably miss out on many others. And you are like a steady, reliable guiding light in this ocean.
And just on a personal note, you also bring me a lot of calmness and peace (the "it'll be ok" feeling), otherwise I might freak out from the sheer vastness and strangeness of this new world.
So, thank you!
Thanks for sharing
I found this so helpful. :)
Really the first video that works for me.
this stuff eventually will come as a new feature to a video compositing software , they already added AI picture creation to photoshop . (thanks for all of those AI news)
sir, what is that dancing display gadget on ur desk?
Great content! I imagine I can also use the checkpoints and loras with Stable Diffusion for images. 🤔
You 100% can. That's actually what they're designed for. :)
If you feel the steps are long, it's why you are not familier with Google Colab. Google Colab is the standard cloud computing emvironment specially if you don't have appropriate GPU power. Using Colab makes you keep safe from capturing your data to the owner of the service, for example Open AI. ( if we believe the Google statement!) So many Machine learning projects use the Colab. The steps is not so much without setting up the Colab env, I think.
Thank you for all the hard work you've put on these videos. ps. you did look older after that 2h wait time j/k.
using img2img with loopwave atm, but this looks good aswell will give this a shot.
thank you for sharing
You're kidding me, haha. LDWorks David here guys. Thanks for using my model ^^.
24 seconds after release, thats a new record
24 minute after release, thats a new record. 😂
58 minutes after release, and I don’t track my records!
thanks for the explanation
I probably won't get around to do this but hey awesome video. Worth watching.
You can add several deflicker in a row to further reduce the flickering.
At the expense of opacity and some finer details.
Thank you man
Also for dummies like me very well explained! Thanks :)
Pretty cool! Not for me but definitely cool!! Thank you!
WAITING FOR ONE BUTTON TO CLICK, JUST LIKE IN PS ACHIEVING THE END RESULT WITHOUT MAKING EACH LAYER....This is the MOST complicated beginner vid I ever came across!
This is some really cool tech.
Awesome tutorial. You need to do a ComfyUI tutorial one day as well :)
thank you!!!
Turning off inpainting probably made your video flicker more. That's one of the controlnets recommended to leave on for reducing flicker.
OMG this is awesome
"This cartoon style seems interesting!" okay well your catching a subscription from me for having those kinda balls.
Amazing 😍😍
This is INSANE!!!
Would deflickering the deflickered video maybe work? Like, edit the already edited video with the same effect to increase the strength of the deflicker effect in Davinci Resolve? Just a theory haha
Thank you for this great video! Yes, you'll need a Collab Pro account or you cannot choose the A100 GPU Type.
Please make more of these videos.
TNX !
Thanks for the tutorial 🙏🏼 How did the guy who animates Greek statues do that as I’ve never seen a marble statue model? Anyone know the answer?
Holy smokes, now all we need is an ai that does all of this 100x faster. 💣💥 You are awesome for this! My mind is blown. That video was dope and cool.
It's allready making animation workflow 1000x faster, but that's not enough for you? :o
Thanks for sharing Matt! What about updating Warp Fusion tut almost in the summer 2024?!
Amazing
nice vid Matt, thnx.. did it occur to u that " Sxela " is just " alexS " or Alex S in reverse ;)))))))
Awesome ☺️
I’m so glad you did this video more more more. I think that video production with AI is definitely the next big thing and you should do more of it people love still images, and we can do amazing ones now, but creating video is really going to be the greater outcome of creative workflows in the future
yea pirating artist content is the next big thing in technology lol
Funny for me is : Subject of the video is what it is, and You are explaining key frames :)
Slightly veering from the main topic, but I'm curious - is that an Ulanzi Smart Clock featuring Space Invaders?
very cool video. Is there a alternative? Maybe another SD Addon
thanks for your share
opps: enjoy the day: INDepen/ce DAY !
Does anybody have links to more finished examples? I am looking forward to seeing some amazing creations with this tech.
Has anybody restyled a sports even with mythical creatures yet? This is the kind of thing they they spend millions of dollars creating in the big budget fantasy movies. Anybody that can do something similar at home, is going to be in big demand.
