Sooo... the finale. I loved these two from the beginning of season 1, I loved them through all episodes until the affair with Conde. Because I love Francis, his character and everything arounf him, I was really wounded and I started to dislike Mary.
I still don't like her as I did before, If I were Francis I wouldn't take her back, but he loves her and he's dying so I understand that he forgave her so quickly.
Mary win some points from me when she stabbed Conde! Dont take me wrong, I dont hate Conde, he was also great character, complicated, afraid of his future.. as everyone (except francis, who doesnt care for himself when it comes to desicions between love and politic future. --- i love him!:D) But he also betrayed Mary when he "married" Elizabeth, and she was still with him... i dont get it..
Well.. I am happy as long as Francis is happy. I hope Mary will come to sences and she won't slip again.
Catherine is a badass! She makes mistakes, she does, but she does everything to protect her family and france even in fact she could be hurting them a little bit. But I adore her. Long live to Catherine de Medici!
Elizabeth?:D Omg, so different from any other movie/tv interpretations.. and i love it!! and she remindes me of a wicked witch! Who else has this feeling?:D

It is so stunningly beautiful that when Francis was dying, all he could think of was Mary, caring for her. Francis was always there for her, and he loved her very much. They deserved to have had a happy ending together and children.🥺😭
She doesn't deserve him..
His love to her was pure gold, but she betrayed and hurt him to death. His grief because of what she's done was the cause of his illness and yet he continued to love her till the very end.
She almost slept with every man she knew, and she even overcame his death so quickly as if it was nothing.
When I rewatch their monents and notice how much careful, kind, gentle and pure he was with her my heart melts of sorrow, my poor lovely Francis❤️..

Agreed she didn't deserve his selfless love but she slept with conde after a serious trauma. And she shows her love for francis after they reunite. She even offers her life for his! Later, she kills his murderer herself and joins francis in heaven when she dies.

+Greeklings Well, we all know that at the begining of season 2 Francis hide things from them and said that she shoulg go to Scotland. He tried to trick her to make her safe. She was raped and somehow she linked her rape to Francis because he was not on the castle and about his actions. She was heartbroken, broken inside. Saw on Condé some sort of comfort that couldn't see at the time with Francis because of her suffering. What she did wasn't right, what he did even for protect her wasn't right. They both made mistakes, they both forgive themself. That's why I'm a Frary fan and I love this couple so much. Francis is my favourite character and I hate Mary for a awhile too but it's so good to see what both accomplish and how they're heading. I'm in love with season 3.

This video is perfection! Thank you for gifting this to the world. I can't stop watching it... It very much expresses very much what I'm feeling about season 2. I'm so unsure of what to think about Mary at the moment, but if there is one thing which I'm absolutely sure about is that Francis... he deserves so much more. Why does he have to die so soon, now that they are finally reconciled? If the showmakers had any mercy, they would alter everything and let him life. I know that history turned out differently. But I don't care. If I wanted history, I'd read a book, or turn to Wikipedia. I just want for this version of Mary and Francis to be happy. Please :(

Ugh after everything they've been through, they should just stay together, have kids, love each other and a love so strong they won't go to another lover. I know Francis is "dying" but there has to be a way to save him and Mary from Catherine and Elizabeth.

Amazing! And the song fits them too, she really doesn't deserve his love. And I used to love Mary in season 1 and grew close to hate her in season 2. I didn't wanted to but her actions didnt leave me a choice. And my poor baby Francis. I so hope they will let him live as long as possible. At least for another season. This can't be it. I love these two because their love used to be so good, so pure, so overwhelmingly beautiful like nothing I've ever experienced with a ship. They should have been more loyal to one another and stayed longer as a couple. Mary would then have more time with Francis before he dies oh my😭😭
