  • A cover for "Yakety Sax" , a.k.a Yakety Axe / The Benny Hill Show theme song.
    Yakety sax was composed by James Q. "Spider" Rich and saxophonist Boots Randolph. The song became popular in the 1960s. Guitarist Chet Atkins recorded a guitar version of the song called "Yakety Axe". Atkins and Randolph also recorded joint performances of the song throughout the years.
    The song was also was used in various TV shows, such as "The Benny Hill Show" (UK) or "The Sheriff of Hollywood Hills" (Israel)
    Another notable performance (also popular here on CZcams) is the one by the André Rieu
    orchestra and saxophonist Sanne Mestrom
    This HQ cover recording features a saxophone, electric guitar, and piano.
    ======
    The DAW I used for this MIDI remake is Reaper. I used some Kontakt libraries for the Sax, guitars, drums and piano.

    Aka the Early Runaway Theme from TTTE Unreleased Arcive. Sounds like something from Petticoat Junction.
