I saw them in Red Bank, NJ at some tiny bar in the summer of 96. It was a very small crowd but they played their hearts out like it was a stadium full venue. Awesome show. I hope they release more music soon as I know they were working on a new album at the start of this year.
Never Forget !! Saw them in a small bar in Lawrence KS called the Bottle Neck in 1994 or 95 ? !! Incredible show !! Maybe 150 people !! Went Back Stage , Burnt A fatty and got all their autographs !! Still Have it !! Was a Killer night !! Awesome Show , Still break it out every now and again !!
Dudes,,and Chix. this is one the greats guitar .. progressions...ever conceived..\ and very tough,,to play and MOST ROCKING !! not to mention the BEAT.....
Saw them live in Portland at a bar whose name I do not remember on Burnside. Unfuckingbelievable. The guitar player was soaked in sweat. As an old Ramones fan, I felt like I was seeing the next generation. Now they're history. Glad I live it.
I just listened to a goo goo dolls interview where they said this was what they were listening to while on some 90s morning show. Glad I checked it out.
Linda Hopper is on the new episode of the Only Three Lads podcast. It’s a classic alternative podcast. She’s awesome, talking about backstage antics and Willie Weed. It’s on all podcasting platforms.
They played: The White Dot Masquerade The Little 5 Points Pub The Point The Earl The Star Bar 529 The 40 Watt Club (Athens) The Caledonia Lounge (Athens) ......and many more. They are still playing together and have begun booking tour dates for Europe for summer 2009.
It certainly smacks of the Bob Mould high treble "Sugar" production treatment. Not that I am complaining, just that I've always wanted a richer lower end in his recordings, particuarly considering his work with rather melodic bassists (Greg Norton, this includes you). ;)

I was born in the wrong decade. I was a child when this stuff came out.
They sound so familiar to me but now I'm so old I can't remember I'm pretty sure WLIR/dre

It certainly smacks of the Bob Mould high treble "Sugar" production treatment.

;)
Everytime I " try " to play this song ..
I get carpal tunnell syndrome !!
:)
ze komen op 17/2 naar de casino in Sint Niklaas.
So what clubs, extant and now gone, did these kids play when active in the musical wasteland of 90's Atlanta?
