You are so right. I've never thought of Venus R being the reason for holding back and hiding my creativity. It is the karaka for beauty and art for sure. It is difficult as I have so many creative talents and want to make them into my business but the fear and insecurity of it is always there.

I have retrograde exalted vargottam Venus in my 2nd house and you are spot on about out-of-the-box creative (i am a filmmaker always trying to do something different or at least the same thing differently) but I have constant issues with my confidence. My Venus is also Yogakaraka and Amatyakaraka to Atmakaraka Debilitated Mercury. My question is, Jupiter sits in the 4th house Taurus. Both the gurus are enemies, but there is a parivartan yoga between them. Will this parivartan help nourish the 2nd and 4th houses, or weaken them and thus take the sheen of a strong Venus?

I have this in my lagna, thankfully it's in libra. But everyone around me is divorced, from my own parents to all of my distant relatives are divorced. I cant think of a 1 single family in my whole family that is not divorced. It makes me truly lose hope and view marriage as a burden. I see marriage bring more harm than good with my own eyes. I used to have a lot of relationships and I dont stay long. I usually leave the relationship on my own. I dont think I ever wanna get married. I think the times are changing and marriage is not suitable for humans in the western world anymore.

I relate to your exprerience, but I have to warn you from such a negative conclusion :). It`s just that many of us, people with retrovenus, have to go through difficult times in this sphere and to really dig deep and transform our attitudes and our life somehow. We shouldn`t lose our spirit! :)

Komilla, for Q&A, how can you see in a software if a planet is stationary, slow etc? I'm clueless. Retrograde is usually shown by putting the planet in brackets or by an 'R'. But how are the other aspects shown (in case a software does). Thanks.
You need to study the astronomical calculations. Most software will have a table

I have Venus retrograde in Libra, i looked it up and it is in the 5th day into retrogration from the 42 days. What does that mean by strenght?
Also i am an Aquarious ascendant and so Libra is my 9th House and that Venus retrograde is hammed between Mars, Mercury, (Uranus) and Sun. And Saturn is in the 7th house in Leo alone.
