Over 500 quests that were there in 2004-2006, just in the cities and neighbourhoods are gone forever.

Not sure if it was just me but I felt I had more quests on Qeynos side. I also had to go migrate different areas here and there to do the quests at my lvl range.

Outpost of the Overlord has always been a poor relation in comparison to Queen's Colony. Also agree that whichever side you take, you'll need to do all city newbie zones in parallel in order to do quests closer to your level.

This is normal. You used to go to different areas to follow the leveling path then swing back through places you’ve been to finish the higher level quests.
