This is my wife and I favorite go to place to just get away a few times a year. We are about two hours away. The towns of Lake lure and chimney rock are like stepping back in time to the 60’s and 70’s, mom and pop motels and dining. Please keep it that way!!

fix the elevator please. been there twice and was made to walk it with promise of elevator being fixed. 2nd time back and saw all the young capeable of walking workers using the elevator several times that trip... if its usable for the young it should be usable for us all. got a 18 month pass and went back again and was still told the elevator was broken only to find the workers using it yet again... what gives? either its broken or not. 🙄
