The rule is that the kids should live similarly at each parents home. They canât be going to a mega mansion at their dads and sharing a 2 bedroom apartment at their mums. Donât like it? Then donât have kids.

Brendan bought a new 5bd, 6 ba lakefront house (a few months before he sued Afton to lower the alimony payments) and had it furnished/decorated for $755,000 as well as buying another piece of property.
Crying "poverty" and buying real estate is a foolish combination, especially when the court can subpoena your longtime business manager to prove that you're lying.
Brendan still lives in that house.
