I LOVE this foundation it's beautiful so skin like last all day on me and looks great by the end of the day even in 100 degree heat with 100% humidity. I'm glad I picked it up.

As someone who has had to deal with wearing a mask in certain situations for medical reasons long before the current Covid-19 pandemic, one thing that I learned was that base products can react with the antimicrobial coating used on many masks created specifically for medical use (ex. surgical masks). I will never forget one day when I took mine off at home and my partner asked if I had blood on my face 😂. When I went in the bathroom to see what was going on, I saw that the antimicrobial coating had reacted with my base (I think that time was a CC cream) and caused orange splotches (a guess a little red looking when you see just a spot on the face). This had happened less noticeably before and I hadn't put it together yet, but it finally clicked that time. I confirmed by purposely getting getting the foundation on the mask, and sure enough it turned orange. This might not be the case at all, but I wonder if the foundation had a reaction with your mask, albeit to a much lesser degree then my example 🤷♀️

Alexis Leigh it happened to Risa as well and she didn’t wear a mask.
I discovered that setting spray before foundation will help combat the oxidation. Usually the foundations I use won’t oxidize.

I actually liked this foundation. It looked skin like. I received a sample and am wearing it now, it's only been 3 hrs but normally I have to powder quite a few times throughout the day and so far I haven't. I do wish it didn't have fragrance but so far I'd say I really like it. I've been trying to find a new foundation, I normally wear tinted moisturizer.
I was curious about this foundation. So sad it didn't work. Return them. Too pricey for it's performance. I prefer the original Traceless. Still I got on sale at half price and I find that the content is little. There's a lot of plastic layer around the real tube with the content. Thanks for the honest review! Sending love! 💕💕

A lot of companies package their products with a clear plastic tube around the container so it looks like you are getting more product
I feel like Tom Ford has been releasing a new foundation every other month.
He seems to have released a lot of foundation lately. Wearing a mask I don’t currently use foundation. Sephora told me if the product is aerosol or contains alcohol it has to be shipped ground?

You are soooo cute! I loved the review. I saw this at the Cosmetic Company Store and, even at 50% off, I didn’t buy this. I’m kinda glad now. My Uoma foundation I’m using now has shined above any other foundations I’ve tried.

I am just so satisfied with the Surratt Dew Drop and Chantecaille Future Skin foundations, and I wear so little foundation.. they will probably last me for years! I seem to use a good concealer, more, these days for a dab here and there in lieu of foundation. Loved that thumbnail! Haha! A good thumbnail is everything! :)

I don’t have dry skin or oily skin, I’m combo T-zone oily and dryer on the outskirts. It’s so hard for me to use the same foundations as influencers do. The Traceless stick foundation is still a battle to use, haven’t found a good primer to use with it yet, and I have 5 different primers. My go to is Lancôme foundations. Perfect.
I use the traceless with a brush. Then I often will also use dior flashskin over it for special occasions. It's beeeeaaautiful. It has a curve when I first got it. But now I'd definitely get another.
I also use Gurleanain (spelling) as a primer. The gold primer. It's heavenly.

I use Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless as a primer under all foundation. It’s really worth a try, My absolute must have.

Have you tried using a Beauty Blender with a fuller coverage foundation? I don't think you should've applied it with your brush.

Yes, I had the same experience where it seemed to darken after putting it on, but as the day progressed it looked fine.
I had the same experience! Bought it in the boutique, applied it in the morning and by the time I got to the mall, it was sliding off of my face and looked very patchy! When I got to the makeup counter, the ladies could not believe what they were seeing. It was so bad that I had to get another foundation and redo my makeup right there at the store.

I tried the traceless foundation when it came out - a few years ago now - it made me look about 103 yrs old, one of the worst foundations I've ever tried. I left Selfridges and had to go to a different beauty counter to get them to remove it all.
Julie Bartley Same! At Selfridges too. It was really poorly applied too, and I looked horrendous.
I had that with a Revlon one many years ago and have never purchased anything Revlon since. I obviously hold a grudge. 😂

I’ll take your word for it Michele, but even in natural light it looked ok. Today I tried the Estée Lauder futurist hydro rescue foundation and it looked terrible on me! People seem to really like that one. Gonna go watch Risa now.

Does it have anything to do with wearing a mask? Humidity unevenness can change oxidization. Did you observe that on your forehead?

Yeah the same thing was said when I just bought the shiesido self refreshing liquid foundation. Sephora said it was a hazard to ship or whatever and it would take longer, but it took the same amount of time it always does. So weird 🤔

Although I don't purchase complexion products from TF (too expensive for me honestly) I had heard a few influencers review this and they liked it, the one I know that liked it has a much darker complexion so maybe the formula differs for the darker shades. Not surprised that this didn't work out, though, I think that we expect a lot when a product is luxury-priced and for it to oxidize like that is a let down

I got a sample of this foundation in the mail and it is a hit and miss for me. If i dont hydrate really well and put an oil on, it clings to dry patches i didnt know i had!! Lol. And its way to Expensive to work so hard!!!
