Nice presentation of a fabulously varied collection! I have the YEMA Rallegraph and Doxa 300 and love them both. That dress Tissot you were gifted for graduation is a beauty!
Great video Sam! I think the PRX might be my favorite of yours. I would be interested to see a video about the watch regrets you mention at the end of the video.
Very nice! Thanks for sharing with us. Have you seen the Seiko Presage line? How about the new Arita Porcelain dial ones? Pretty unique. If you are comfortable, you might want to share with us some of your regrets that you mentioned. I am sure many of your viewers like me would like to hear the stories. But of course only if you are ok to share.
Yes. I have owned 3 enamel dial presages in the past. They are great value for money and look stunning. I will do a video on watch regrets. One example: I sold the SBGM221, got the SBGA375 preowned and regretted it. I Then re-purchased the SBGM221, i should never have sold the 221. Other examples are not picking watches when i had the opportunities, the Grand Seiko Cookie for an absolute steal of a price. I have loads of them! I am very keen on looking at the new Porcelain presage!
Great vid and great watches (Iespeccialy l0ve y0ur D0XA). By the way, Yema is a french brand (created in 1948). And n0t a small 0ne as they are building in h0use m0vements, the Yema2000 and the Yema3000 (F0r example, take a l00k at their diver Superman W0rldtime 990 feets). Actually they are w0rking 0nt0 a new m0vement with a micr0 r0t0r.
Lovely collection, but can't believe you let the sla043 go ? It's probably seikos best looking diver ever, the blue is just stunning on it. My lume is absolutely crisp , although mines not great for accuracy, but I don't care it's beautiful.
i agree with u , do not buy the 7s movement SKX due to the hype on watch channels on social media , unless if u truly like the design and feel. i myself started off with a Gen 2 Orange Monster.... and totally skipped the SKX due to the better looks, design and movement on the Monster Gen 2. a better start off point for starting seiko / watch enthusiasts should be turtle/mini turtle, monster series , or Samurai
Agreed. Following watch hype is the biggest trap for a watch enthusiast/collector. In regards to the SKX, now they have a replacement 5kx which can be had cheap as well. But King Turtle/Samurai, Monster, 5kx are the best entry level divers imo as you said!
SLA043 i regrettably sold the watch. I got the SBGH001. I like the SLA043, maybe i shouldve kept it, but what bothered me with the watch was the patchy lume. Especially the 12 oclock Index, it looked a bit like a mountain and easily noticeable. I wish they machine applied the lume, to each their own!
@@sandsoftime3248 What a pitty! Your review was one of the reasons for me to buy one myself. But it seems I got lucky, lume is even, bezel is aligned and it runs +4s still unregulated. And I love it :) Anyway, the Grand Seiko is a very nice watch as well, congrats!
@@misterbianco6202 Please continue to enjoy it! My accuracy was within COSC as well. It was just the patchy lume. Loved the watch, i will pick up a high end Prospex Divers soon, i can feel it!
@@sandsoftime3248 Cheers Sammy, I definitely will. There are some nice higher-end Seiko divers out there, but the 62MAS trilogy just is something special to me, especially as I love sub 40mm watches. And when I saw the 43 with its all-brushed case and mystical blue dial I knew I would love it - which I do. So good to finally have a really high-quality classic diver below 40 mils that's not an alloy-bezeled Sub - which I also love, but I wanted something different - which I have :)

Really nice lineup of watches! I love the color and variety in your collection. And great advice at the end. Great job on the video, Sam!
Thanks for watching Chaz. You have one absolutely marvelous collection yourself. Envious myself!!!
Nice watch... nice watch... then all of a sudden... POW!... Grand Seiko!
Fantastic collection thanks for sharing with us.
Excellent collection great viewing 👍
Great video Sam! I think the PRX might be my favorite of yours. I would be interested to see a video about the watch regrets you mention at the end of the video.
Thanks Keith, lot of people are asking me about watch regrets. Will get that one done soon!
Fun collection Sam! I have about a dozen keepers and another dozen to sell 🤣! At least now I know what I like and am more discriminating. Best regards
HAHA. the more you collect the more your tastes refine! Enjoy your watches!
Love the Yema and the metal GShock.
Dope collection man!

I also got a yellow dial watch because of Gordon Ramsay's Breitling. It's a Seiko chrono with a yellow main dial and blue sub dials.

Are you in Sydney? You can borrow my SKX, total work horse movement, the hype is real on this one! Trust me
Nice collection! What is the brand name of the second watch? I couldn’t quite make out what you said? Love it and want to search for one!
@sandsoftime. Great collection. Was the crown on the Yema hard to pull out? I just got it and it was impossible.
a little seiko heavy!!
Sam, Sam, Sam!
Thanks for watching Kel! Hope the 100 or so watches are keeping you busy!
Nice, but what happened to the SLA043?
