Measurements 👇
Base/topping:
36 Oreos
90g unsalted butter, melted
(Set aside a 1/3 of the mix for topping)
Cheesecake:
500g Cream cheese
120g Icing sugar
14 Oreos, chopped
480ml Double cream
(Optional extra Oreos for decoration)
Tin size: 9”

I made this for myself and for my parents & they absolutely loved it! Tastes amazing

Ingredients:
36 Oreos
90g unsalted butter, melted
480ml double cream
500g cream cheese
120g icing sugar
14 Oreos, chopped
Halved Oreos, for decoration (optional)
1) Crush the whole Oreos in a large bowl.
2) Add the melted butter and mix them together.
3) Pour ⅔ of the mix into a 23cm/9in cake tin, and press it down firmly with a wooden spoon.
4) Put the ⅓ leftover mix aside, as it will be used later.
5) Place your cake tin in the fridge for 15 minutes.
6) In another bowl, whip your double cream until light and fluffy.
7) In a separate bowl, mix together the cream cheese and icing sugar until smooth.
8) Add the (now whipped) double cream to your cream cheese mix and whisk them together.
9) Add your chopped Oreos and fold them in.
10) Spoon the mix onto your base and spread it evenly.
11) Add the remainder of your base mix to the top of your cheesecake and press down gently.
12) Add some Oreo halfs around the edge for decoration (optional).
13) Refrigerate for 5 hours minimum.
14) Enjoy!

I made this and it was *SO DELICIOUS* it did get a bit sweet at the end so I would maybe add a bit less icing sugar but it was still really nice 👍
