Follow these Alaskan sunrises starting from Girdwood and continuing west to Anchorage, across the Alaska Range to the Yup'ik (Eskimo) villages of Quinhagak and Kasigluk ... all set to a contemporary arrangement of the old hymn, "When Morning Gilds the Skies." Note that the Girdwood sunrises appears to "move" drastically; this is because of my location at the base of Max's Mountain which obscures the sun totally for six weeks around winter solstice. Hard to believe, but these are ALL sunrises!
