This webinar introduced public housing agencies (PHAs) to chapters from the updated Public Housing Occupancy Guidebook (PHOG). This webinar focused on three topics:
• Family Eligibility for Admission
• Waiting List and Tenant Selection
• Transfers
During the webinar, participants learned best practices and sample approaches that they can use to formulate their internal policies and update their Admissions and Continued Occupancy Policy (ACOP). This webinar introduced participants to additional resources and materials that are available on the HUD Exchange, including the ACOP Development Guide and short, topical policy fact sheets.
