I encountered similar situation in 2001. I met an accident in saligramam and they taken to Sooriya hospital. The accident vehicle owner bribed the police and the Traffic police came to me and repeatedly asking that I was fallen into the vehicle before my parents arrived. Good my parents came and shouted at the cop to take it up to the court. Not to generalize but this is situation of our cops.. worst police I have ever seen..

You are confused , law serves as a tool to provide justice. You seem to forget that India had a Jury System (for the right reasons) and was abolished due to the fact it functioned too well , In many cases the judges are forced to, out of pity rule in favor of the oppressed and true victims due to the lack of a jury system.
Please do not act like you understand shit or that you have a neutral opinion about something. Your thought process seems to be biased and flawed. As a judge they are supposed to treat any case without bias , and to make sure that bias does not play a role, they often follow the law to the word . In general scenario despite injustices this can be understood , but it is also understood that the judge is a human and ultimately has to take into consideration both the law and the humanity and decide upon justice, and above all the final evidence of "kamalakannan" was more den enough to seal the fate of the case , the only problem is the failure to follow the procedure of introducing him as a witness , which can be overlooked as a minor issue due to special circumstances.
It's a movie so fuck logic.
