    How are You Rugby Doc,so wanted to ask cause i noticed the boys are getting low but looks like they are kinda supporting their knees with the body of the attacker.

      That video was filmed in Wales in 2020. Rucking rules have definitely evolved. Good observation, players cannot support their body by leaning, laying on the players on the ground

    Not supporting their weight a lot of the time with the elbows on the deck, so yes, you will be pinged.
