    You need to run wire line to go deeper I only had to throw back about 6 this year limit out 12 times 4 times 18.just using 2 poles .

      Yes legal size is 15” but there’s hardly any meat on those. Unless it’s 17” and has some shoulders it’s going back for me 🤷🏻‍♂️ We run leadcore, dipseys and downriggers trust me we can get to where the fish are. BUT not always are the big fish deep 🫣

      @@jasonteick9352 On my dipsey diver rods I use 30lb Power Pro braid and a 17lb Seager fluorocarbon leader. On my Offshore Tackle inline planer board rods I use 20lb monofilament line.
