- I've been the Florida many times but I've never been to the Keys. Key West has so many similarities to New Orleans and the food is so good. We stayed in Marathon, Florida at Isla Bella Beach Resort & Spa. It's almost a must to rent a car if you're going to explore the Keys.

Im glad you spoke up about how yt people feel the need to question are existence at resorts or expensive places. Had it happen to me & another influencer talked about it on IG. Time to speak up & shut em down.

When traveling black the nicer the resort or hotel, the more questions you get asked. Stay 7 days or more, the more questions you get asked. Eat at nice restaurants and order what you want without concern of the price, the more questions you get asked. Do all these things while looking fabulous, the more questions you get asked. When we are asked what we do for a living we jut respond that we have jobs that can’t be discussed because when I say I’m a SAHW they act like I’m lying so what’s the point.
Im a SAHW as well and I only get questioned about my life on social
media hence the main reason why I haven’t been on Instagram in 4 years!!!! I live around 99% white folks, go to upscale everything and they never question me, just my own people😩
It's so unbelievable how ignorant and racist some YT people can be. I remember years ago when I was working at General Motors, ( retired now) and I bought a brand new truck. I had gone to Canada for bingo and when coming back over the bridge back to the states, I was asked all the normal questions that's asked by Border Patrol. But the last question this YT man in uniform asked me , is this your truck? I said yes, then he asked one of the most moronic racist question ever. He asked me " DOES YOUR HUSBAND PLAY FOR THE BUFFALO BILLS?! I couldn't believe he asked me something so stupid! I said NO, I work for GM. I could tell by the look in his eyes, that he knew he was wrong asking me something he wouldn't have asked his own, and then he told me I can proceed. SMDH

Hey Lee, That was a nice vacation. Florida is really pretty; that were my mom if from and alot of my family on my mother's side still resides there. I have been going there since i was a baby.
That also happened to me and my girls during a bachelorette trip…white guy literally asked how all of us could afford to be off work and in Mexico 🙄
