I turned 70 last fall, and although I was born and raised in southeast Pennsylvania whenever we traveled south of Mason Dixon I always enjoyed hearing the southern drawl. I might be stuck for the time being in a big ole city but my heart and soul yearns for the simple life. My ancestors came from from the mountains of Kentucky. I've been told so many times that I have a country accent. Well, I don't mind it because that's what I heard growing up. Momma and Daddy and all the kinfolk had an accent. We love you Donnie! I have my grandbabies (Six of them) watch with me. They never met my grandparents but hearing you and your stories are like them getting to know what I describe to them as the life we lived growing up. It reinforces the things I have told the grands.
Thank you Mr Donnie. I was severely injured in a car accident and have physical problems and a brain injury that robbed me of my drumming career and it trying to rob me of my guitar ability and singing. Had to make some white lightning tonight for chronic pain. I made it one year with no drinking but I`m hurting so bad. I planted over a dozen more fruit trees this year, a strawberry patch, asparagus..building a garden...things to make it easier on me in the coming years. I`m not going to a nursing facility. Not gonna happen to me. So I`m facing my final times here. I try to teach others about all this stuff in comments here and there. That`s my assignment by the Creator now. I`m doing some good before I exit and it`s wonderful despite the censorship. You are too, Sir! You`re a good man! Thank you! PS: I planned to hunt rabbits in my yard...until I met Bunny...my bunny friend. Oh no! I love Bunny so no rabbit hunting for awhile! Maybe never! Errrr!!!

Good morning Donnie! So Glad to see you up and about. It makes me sad to see that mankind is encroaching on the ridges. I could hear the roar of the traffic in the background and it breaks my heart for you and all the folks that live in those beautiful mountains. And all the critters that are driven out in the name of "progress". You are right when you say the simple life and the ways of country folk is disappearing. I might be stuck for the time being in a big ole city but my heart and soul yearns for the simple life. My ancestors came from from the mountains of Kentucky. I've been told so many times that I have a country accent. Well, I don't mind it because that's what I heard growing up. Momma and Daddy and all the kinfolk had an accent. Anyways, enough of my babbling and talkin your ear off.

Thank you Mr Donnie. I was severely injured in a car accident and have physical problems and a brain injury that robbed me of my drumming career and it trying to rob me of my guitar ability and singing. Had to make some white lightning tonight for chronic pain. I made it one year with no drinking but I`m hurting so bad. I planted over a dozen more fruit trees this year, a strawberry patch, asparagus..building a garden...things to make it easier on me in the coming years. I`m not going to a nursing facility. Not gonna happen to me. So I`m facing my final times here. I try to teach others about all this stuff in comments here and there. That`s my assignment by the Creator now. I`m doing some good before I exit and it`s wonderful despite the censorship. You are too, Sir! You`re a good man! Thank you! PS: I planned to hunt rabbits in my yard...until I met Bunny...my bunny friend. Oh no! I love Bunny so no rabbit hunting for awhile! Maybe never! Errrr!!!

My legs are so bad also ,as dons. Have blood clots in both leggs and have to get die injections to find and repair fast our I'm gone. Im 60 y/0 born in 1964 and feeling rugh . Cant walk no moor then a few feet . prayers for you donnie laws🙏🙏🙏☮️👍✝️
